The Country Garden CAL is a lapghan size blanket made using a variety of crochet stitches and techniques.
The CAL starts on the 11th of February and will run for 37 weeks.

The design contains over 18 different crochet stitches and 5 designs of square. Some of the stitches are more difficult than others, but each stitch comes with a full picture guide as well as a video to show you how it’s made.

This pattern would suit an intermediate level crocheter

Each week the new part of the pattern will be loaded onto Ravelry and you will receive an update so you can access the new part in your Ravelry library.

The Country Garden CAL uses Aran / Worsted / Weight 4 yarn and a 5mm hook.

I’ve used Paintbox Cotton Aran and Caron Simply Soft for my blankets which required 2,500 meters / 2750 yards of yarn, which made my blanket measure 105 cm x 125cm using a gauge of 18 stitches and 7 rows per 10cm using double crochet
