Cable patterns not only add interest to your socks, they also make for thicker, warmer, stretchier socks. And, as cables give the fabric more body, a ribbed cuff isn’t required, great if you don’t like your socks tight around your ankles.

Pattern uses small amounts of a contrasting color on the cuff, heel, and toe. Cable needle recommended.
