Cowl for a Cause
Cowl for a Cause is a seamless cowl designed to be knit with a 12 mini-skein fingering-weight set or scraps from other projects. It also can be knit with full 100g skeins, one MC and one CC.
This is the perfect project to knit over a week-long vacation or staycation, it is a quick knit yet very satisfying and substantial. It was over a vacation from school with my kids that it was designed and knit. It was during a vacation from school with my kids at home, as I was watching families flee war on the news that my original plan for the cowl shifted.
While I love everything about mini sets, and Cowl for a Cause is an opportunity to play with these little bundles of happiness, it is hard to feel happy when there are so many people suffering everyday. Every penny of your purchase of Cowl for a Cause will go to a reputable charity with an 80% or higher program expense ratio. See the pattern’s Ravelry page for the current charity and the total raised.
