I designed this pattern to use one skein of lace weight yarn. I wanted something light and with a bit of a frill, to wear over a singlet or dress as a cute accessory and also to add a layer when it is a little cool.

The pattern is written in one size, but does give directions on measuring and knitting additional increases for larger sizes.

Gauge is not important for this project, the ball is weighed after the increases are completed to calculate the amount required for the edge and bind off.
