0-3 Months: 4 inch sole, 2 inches tall
3-6 Months: 4.25 inch sole, 2 inches tall
6-12 Months: 4.5 inch sole, 2 inches tall
12-18 Months: 5 inch sole, 2 inches tall
18-24 Months: 5.25 inch sole, 2 inches tall

Materials:
Yarn: Bernat Blanket Yarn™ (%100 Polyester). Super Bulky Weight. Colours of your choice. You will need approximately 80 yards per pair.

Hook: Size J/10 (6 mm) Hook. Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
