Instructions are written to be knit in the round.

Three size options are given
o Small: fits an approx. 13-inch calf
o Med: fits an approx. 14-inch calf
o Large: fits an approx. 15-inch calf

Size is measured around the widest part of your calf but not higher than 10 inches from where you’d want the bottom of the legwarmer to sit.
