The back end curves, instead of the square back, and the belly flap is tighter for a snug fit.

This pattern is written to fit a medium, well built dog with a 16” neck, 18” length from shoulder blades to base of tail, and 24” girth (going around chest just behind front legs). You can adjust the size with slight changes to the number of rows/stitches. I did not include the notes for changing size this time, but you can email me for help. If needed I can rewrite the pattern for a specified size at no extra cost!

You need about a pound of yarn, a crochet hook size I, and 3 buttons.

The basketweave pattern makes this nice and plush with a beautiful look. Simple edging makes a bold statement without being frilly. The turtleneck is rarely seen in dog sweaters, and definitely makes it extra cozy and warm to keep your pup happy this winter!
