This cozy cat bed is crocheted with fabric yarn (also known as trapillo, t-shirt yarn, textile yarn - whichever brand you wish to use, or make your own!).
The base is oval, the sides upright, and the trim and ribbon are for looks.
Most definitely cat tested and liked!
Dimensions of oval base: 40cm X 30cm

You will notice that embedded in the instructions are the principles for making any sized oval-shaped base, so this pattern is especially useful!
You will not be needing a gauge, because you simply work until you get the desired measurements of the base and height.
