Cozy Chic Wool Sweater
This Knitted North sweater is absolutely perfect for those looking to knit their first!
It doesn’t use much yarn in comparison to lighter weight sweaters, and it knits up verrrry quickly. The construction is very simple. I made mine in two evenings!
The Cozy Chic Wool Sweater makes the perfect accent to your fall and winter wardrobe. The design is slightly oversized around the body, and slightly cropped in length, making it modern and fashionable.
The sweater is constructed in four parts - front, back, and two sleeves, and is then seamed together using the mattress stitch. All you need to know how to do is knit, purl, increase, decrease, and seam. Check YouTube for some great demonstrations of these techniques!
Knitting it with Love Wool by Katia makes it warm and super soft.
This pattern is available in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL.
You will need 5(6,6,7,7,8) 100g (55yds) balls of Love Wool by Katia (or a similar super bukly wool) to create it. You can knit it with straight 15mm needles but YOU WILL require circular needles to finish the neck edge.
Happy knitting!
