The Cozy Fall Cowl is designed specifically as a one skein project. We all have those pretty single skeins in our stash, waiting for the right project. The lace design makes this a pretty cute and elegant cowl, which you can easily wear during the months with a little chill in the air. This pattern is meant to be a fun and easy knit with some simple lace and cables to keep it interesting.

The cowl comes in one size, shaped to be a bit more wide at the bottom and a bit smaller at the top, for more cozy fit
The cowl as per pattern is not a snug fit, it drapes more loosely around your neck.

You will need no more than 100 grams of any fingering weight yarn you like or have lying around.
Really any fingering weight yarn will do but do note that heavy speckled yarn or multicolored yarn will make the lace and cable section less “readable” in your final result.
A one colour, or more tonal yarn will increase the readability.
Ofcourse, if you want to use a speckled yarn or multicolored yarn you are more than free to do so.

Make sure you choose any type of yarn you like the feeling of against your skin.
