I made a pillow with a number 4.5 crochet and it reached a width of about 30 cm, remember that the size depends on the filling and sewing, the size may differ from what I achieved.

It is for the beginner level, however, you need to know the basics like magic ring, double bar, increasing and decreasing. The scheme does not teach crocheting.
