I recently bought these cute rain boots from my new favorite store, Joules, and wanted to make some fun boot cuffs to go with. These are quick and easy to knit up and the unique stitch creates a great texture -- you can even wear these inside out or upside down.

Materials
1 skein Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick and Quick Yarn (1 skein = 106 yards) or another super bulky wight yarn
US 15 (10.0 mm) 12” circular knitting needles (feel free to use DPNs, if you’d like or knit flat, adjusting the pattern appropriately, and then sew together)
1 stitch marker
