The Cozy Little Pullover is a great sweater for your little one!

Pattern includes 3 sizes: Small (approx. 6-12 mos), Medium (approx. 12-18 mos) and Large (approx. 2-4 yrs).
You can easily make the body and/or sleeves longer if desired, to ensure that the sweater get lots of use.

Sweaters were designed to use 2/2/3 skeins of Ella Rae Cozy Soft Prints yarn. This yarn is an acrylic and wool blend, delightful to work with, and comes in a wonderful variety of colors. The yarn is classified as a DK weight, but you could substitute any DK or light worsted weight yarn, for similar results.

Yarn: approx. 400/400/600 yds DK or light worsted weight yarn.
Needles: size 5 (for ribbing) and size 7 (for body); 16” circular size 5 for the neckband.
Note: You can use straight or circular needles for the body, as it is knit flat, but will need a short (16”) circular needle for the neckband, which is knit in the round.
Change needles size as needed, for accurate gauge!

Gauge: 5 stitches and 7 rows = 1” in stockinette stitch, using the larger needles.

Sweater back and front are knit separately, and seamed at the shoulders. Sleeve stitches are picked up from the armhole edge, and knit down to the cuff - which allows for easy adjustment of sleeve length.
Skills required are casting on, knitting, purling, binding off, decreasing (k2tog and ssk), picking up and knitting stitches, and seaming.

I hope that you’ll enjoy knitting the Cozy Little Pullover, and please post photos!
