This is a very easy pattern, and suitable for knitters at all levels. The vest is super-cozy and comfortable for winter weather, and nothing is nicer than this Merino/cashmere blend on the skin.

With Big Merino Cloud yarn is held single. With Merino Cloud, yarn is held doubled throughout. Vest is worked sideways in one piece. Size can be adjusted easily by repeating stitch pattern repeat to lengthen, or repeating Rows 1-12 to widen. Any additional sizes or modifications to length or width are easily accommodated with sufficient yarn. If your gauge is different than the recommended gauge, just make adjustments by adding or decreasing repeats of length and width to get the desired size.
