Cozy poncho or cape, double knitted rectangle loom
This (easy/intermediate) poncho/cape is also easy to convert to other gauge looms (and thinner yarn), once you have knitted 1 rectangle the right size you can knit them all, the techniques remain the same (no matter what loom or stitch you want to knit this).

There are two videos available, part 1 with only text and a part 2, one in Dutch and one in the English language, regarding this pattern and in the text you will see other videos linked.
Because of the repetition you could also use this pattern to learn new stitches.

Deze (gemiddeld makkelijke) poncho/cape is makkelijk om te zetten naar alle soorten looms (en dunner garen). Als je eenmaal 1 rechthoek met de juiste afmetingen hebt, dan kun je ze allemaal breien, de technieken blijven hetzelfde (maakt niet uit met welke loom of steek je deze wilt breien).
17 pagina’s met veel geschreven informatie over hoe je je eigen poncho of cape kunt creëren. Uitleg over de technieken die gebruikt zijn (minderen, het aan elkaar zetten) en linken naar video’s om je door het proces heen te leiden. Tekst en foto’s met een aantal andere voorbeelden, die je dus kunt toepassen zoals hoods, collen en een heleboel meer.

Er zijn twee video’s. Eentje met alleen tekst en deel 2 is gesproken, eentje in het Engels en eentje in het Nederlands, die gaan dan over dit patroon. In de tekst zie je ook linken naar andere video’s.
Door de herhaling is dit patroon uitermate geschikt om nieuwe steken te leren.
