Crafternoon Treats large flower
Free pattern for the Crafternoon Treats large flower. A 4-inch diameter flower that’s easy to crochet in whatever colourway you like. Can be used as an embellishment in many different situations - on hats, bags, scarves, garments or teamed with triangular pennants to make bunting.
The flower consists of four rounds and uses standard stitches. The third round is made up from popcorn stitches and a tutorial for this is included in the pattern. Links to my blog will take you to a more detailed phototutorial and a video tutorial so that everyone, even a new crocheter, can make this flower.
You only need a few colours of DK yarn - acrylic, wool, or cotton and a 3.5mm or 4mm hook depending on your tension.
Fun to make and fun to use - but may be a bit addictive.
