This pattern is available for free.

This pattern took up an entire skein of Thick and Quick! If your foot is bigger, please buy more yarn.

Notes:
I begin the pattern at the top of the toe box. The short row is turning for the toe, and then knit until the heel.

If you need to add length for a different foot size, I followed this formula:

(x-32).5 = number of stitches to pick up on either side

x=number of total rows knit for the sole.

Size 7 should be: 24 stitches (80 rows total)
Size 8 should be: 26 stitches (84 rows total)
Size 9 should be: 38 stitches (88 rows total)
Size 10 should be: 30 stitches (92 rows total)
Size 11 should be: 32 stitches (96 rows total)
Size 12 should be: 34 stitches (100 rows total)
Size 13 should be: 36 stitches (104 rows total)
