CRAZY FOR CABLES
Mock aran coat, easily knitted in panels, joined with creative seams and embellished after with simple hand work. The purl side is used as right side on sleeve and front;knit side on back; ribs manually selected slip and tuck
transferred cables. stitches combine to create interesting textured cabled effects.
MACHINE: Mid gauge or bulky with ribber. Sample knit on Artisan 7OD. The 60” size can be be knited on the bulky only if the back is knitted in halves and seamed up the center
YARN: light worsted. About 3 lbs will knit all sizes.
GAUGE: Stitch size 10 for mid-gauge or 6 for bulky in stockinette or size toget 18
stitches and 26 rows to10 cm/4 in.
SIZES: Finished circumference 48 (54, 60)in. Al| sizes, 34 in length.Coat is designed to fit loosely.
