Great pattern for using up random leftover yarns and creating unique hats to wear on the slopes!! The hat is not particularly warm because the stitches are fairly loose. You can fix that up by hand stitching a 4 inch band of thin stretchy fleece around the bottom of the hat.

Materials:
Size I hook
Worsted weight yarn (approx. 3 oz of assorted colors.) You can use any variety of colors you wish to customize your hat. I started with one row of black and then did two rows of color and repeated that sequence throughout. If you choose to only use two color you can carry those colors instead of cutting at the end of each color section.
