Skill Level: Intermediate

Materials:
• Size I (5.5mm) crochet hook
• Approximately 900yds – 1200 yds (approximately 3 Skeins) of Red Heart Yarn Super Savers. Depends on size of shorts. In any colors
o Great pattern to get rid of odds and ends
• Cording (0.5 inch or so)
• Measuring Tape
• Stitch markers (Optional)

Sizes:
(XS: 32in, S: 34in, M: 36in, L: 38in, XL: 40in)

Notes: You can change the length of the shorts (from hip to hem excluding band) by adjusting the foundation chain.

Keep notes of how many rows you do for the first leg, so that the second leg will be identical in size.

The band will add about 1 inch depending on how thick/tall you want the band. The one pictured has a 1 inch band.

You can adjust the width of the shorts by adding more rows. Sew in the ends as you go; it will be easier when adding the band.
