About the Pattern:
This pattern is for a fun Tunisian crochet baby blanket inspired by sweet summer memories. It is worked up in a total of 12 creamsicle squares that are then joined together and a simple border is added. The border can be customized any way you like and this blanket can even be hung up on the wall as a nursery decor item (a link to written instructions is included). There are also links to video tutorials for how to complete a foundation row and how to do Tunisian crochet colorwork as well as a color chart included. You can change the size of the blanket by removing or adding squares. You can even change up the creamsicles to be any color you like, keep it gender neutral by using greens and yellows like I have or switch it up as you like!

Materials:

Yarn:
Color A - Big Twist Baby Yarn in Cotton Tail - Size 4 Weight (370 yards)
Color B - Caron Simply Soft Yarn in Bone - Size 4 Weight (315 yards)
Color C - Big Twist Baby Yarn in Dandelion - Size 4 Weight (370 yards)
Color D - Big Twist Baby Yarn in Lime - Size 4 Weight (370 yards)

Hooks:
6.5 mm Tunisian crochet hook that is 8.5 in. long or with a cord to hold stitches
5.5 mm crochet hook for joining and completing border (optional)

Notions:
Yarn needle
Scissors
Measuring tape

Gauge:
Gauge is 17 st. x 15 rows for a 4 x 4 in. square in pattern

Finished Size:
The finished blocked size is 23 in x 34 in.
