Comfortable and chic, Creamy Guernsey Hat is a warm and elegant accessory, ideal for a quick last time gift.

This lovely hat combines two textured stitches in the traditional Guernsey style: do not be afraid of the apparent complexity, after all, it is only purls and knits!

This unisex pattern comes in 4 sizes:

• toddler (T) to fit head circumference 40.5-45.5 cm/16-18”,
• child (C) to fit head circumference 45.5-50.5 cm/18-20”,
• adult (A) to fit head circumference 50.5-56 cm/20-22”,
• large adult (L) to fit head circumference 56-61 cm/22-24”.

Creamy Guernsey Hat covers the ears comfortably, but it is not a slouchy hat.
Tips are provided to make it longer.

Instructions are entirely written, and two charts are provided to help you with the textured pattern.

Skills: knit in the round, knit, purl, basic decrease techniques.

I chose Cheval Blanc “Triade” for this beautiful hat, but most Aran weight yarns with good stitch definition will do just as well.
