This bag is knitted loosely then felted in the washing machine. During the felting process the bag will shrink and become much sturdier. The exact size of the finished bag will depend on the wool and felting temperatures used.

It is ESSENTIAL that you use a yarn that is not a machine-washable or superwash variety. Ideally the yarn should be 100% pure wool.
