This chunky knit baby blanket is super soft and thick, a perfect choice for any nursery or a gender neutral baby shower gift. It is knit up quite quickly and easily and only takes me one day to make. For this project, I used Wool-Ease Thick and Quick by Lionbrand which is 80% acrylic and 20% wool, the material is soft and warm without being scratchy and is durable for everyday use.

This pattern uses simple knitting techniques that even a beginner can make a beautiful product.
