Crest of the Wave
This lace pattern is simple and easy to memorize, yet lends a beautiful texture to the edge of this scarf that reminds me of the froth that forms as waves crest on windy days. Worked up in a drapey silk or bamboo blend yarn, the wrap will be perfect for keeping the breeze at bay on cool spring and fall afternoons. This would work equally well in a lighter yarn for summer or something a little warmer for winter, just pick something soft with a bit of drape
