You will also need 5 or 6 (9/16” - 3/4”) buttons.
Gauge is 34 stitches and 48 rows = 4”. Any other yarn that meets that gauge will also work and get you the finished dimensions.
Finished Dimensions Are:
Preemie - 16” Diameter Chest and 5” sleeve length (armpit to cuff)
3 Month - 18” Diameter Chest and 5-1/2” sleeve length (armpit to cuff)
6 Month - 20” Diameter Chest and 6” sleeve length (armpit to cuff)
12 Month - 22” Diameter Chest and 6-1/2” sleeve length (armpit to cuff)
The pattern has no side seams and the 2 fronts and back are all knit on the machine as one piece. This makes it perfect for fairisle or other patterns that wrap around the entire sweater with no interruptions. The raglan (both sleeves and front/back) and neck decreases are given in chart form for each size making it quick and easy to navigate through. You are not left trying to remember when to decrease - just look at the chart, find the row you are on and do the decrease on the edge indicated. I let you know how many stitches you should have for each row so you can keep track of where you are.
Pattern includes photos, tips, suggestions and notes.
