How to work the chart:
The pattern is worked entirely in DC, so it is beginner friendly as long as the rows are worked in the correct direction.
Each square of the chart equals 1 stitch tall, and 2 stitches across. So, there will be a total of 115 rows, at 160 stitches across.
Starting at the bottom right corner of the chart, work your way in a SERPENTINE pattern, across and up.
Each ODD row will be worked from Right -> Left, and each EVEN row will be worked from Left -> Right.
At the end of each row, Chain 3 and turn. This Chain 3 WILL count as a stitch in each row.
Depending on your preference/skill, you may choose to carry colors, or fasten off and attach colors as you go.
Your first 35 rows will be solid black. You will begin with the white on row 36. You will finish with the white on row 80. Your remaining 35 rows will be solid black.
PLEASE NOTE: The numbers on the attached chart may be difficult to see when zoomed in. If needed after purchase, please contact me for a complimentary .png or .pdf option that may be easier to interpret and zoom in on or print.
