Crimewave
Crimewave is a thick and cosy cabled shrug made with super bulky roving wool. It combines multiple techniques to achieve a unique and challenging knit. While knitting this sweater you can expect to come across some cables, short rows, provisional cast ons, three needles bind offs, chart reading, short rows in a chart and just the tiniest bit of seaming. But don’t be scared! In reality, you’re just knitting a big shapely rectangle. The pattern includes in-depth descriptions on how to turn a simple shape into some wearable art.
Because Crimewave is an open front sweater, a back measurement is used to determine size. Sizes include Small (Medium, Large) to fit back measurement 14.5 (16.5, 18.5)“ / 37 (42, 47) cm with 2-3” / 5-7.5 cm positive ease
Yarn used is Cascade Magnum (100% Peruvian Highland Wool, Roving) in Jet - 400 (490, 600) yds / 365 (450, 540) m
