Here is a written crochet pattern inspired by Bluey. It measures approximately 15 inches tall (38 cm) and uses light, medium and dark blue as well as pale yellow and a bit of black for the nose/mouth.

I decided to use felt for the eyes as it looks more accurate to the character.
