- The pattern is written in English using US crochet terminology.
- The pattern is formatted to have one featured image at the beginning of the pattern for reference with all other full-sized images at the end for easy, optional printing.
SKILLS NEEDED
- The skill level needed is intermediate (but ambitious beginners are always encouraged to try!).
- The techniques you will need to know include: chain, single crochet, slip stitch, increase, invisible and regular sc decrease, working in the back bar of the ch, working in the front and back loop only, bobble stitch, and the adjustable (magic) ring.
MATERIALS NEEDED
- yarn in your choice of colors (about 230 yds/210 m of worsted/aran)
- a size E/4 (3.5 mm) crochet hook
- stitch markers
- tapestry needle
- Poly-fil Stuffing
- pins
- scissors
- Safety eyes, 12 mm
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Using hook size E/4 (3.5 mm) sheep stands about 6.5 inches tall (17 cm) and at the widest part around mouth and body is about 18 inches (46 cm) in circumference.
