This pattern has been tested!

This is a beginner friendly written pattern that works up quickly. This pattern provides a good introduction to working in the round, increasing, decreasing, and small amounts of sewing.

For this pattern, you will need:

• worsted weight yarn in two colors (red and white are the standard, but you can choose which colors to use!)
• a 5mm crochet hook
• small amounts of stuffing
• a darning/tapestry needle (for sewing but is optional).
• a cat to model your hat (optional)
