Crochet Amigurumi Christmas Robin with optional hat pattern.

Free Pattern This pattern is for a hanging Christmas Robin. There are various finishing options to the pattern to make it more accessible depending on your level of expertise and time available to make them.

I would class it as beginner if your are used to doing amigurumi projects. Techniques include magic circle, single crochet stitches, simple increases and decreases, one colour change.

Yarn amounts I made 3 robins from 2 balls of Sirdar Happy 1 brown and 1 grey.
(A small amount of yellow needed for the beak and also red and white if making the hat.)
The 3rd robin had to have 2 grey wings instead of 1 brown and 1 grey as that’s where I ran out of brown!
Shown using 2x 6mm toy eyes.

Finished Sizes The finished size is approx. 7cm (2.75 inches) high or 9cm (3.5 inches) with the hat, width is 5cm (2inches).

Hook Crochet hook size used was 3.5mm.
