You only need small amounts of yarn for this project, and tension shouldn’t matter too much, as long as you are fairly consistent, so these features are not listed in the pattern.

You could create a series of flowers hanging on a single piece of ribbon, or individual hanging flowers. I also think a single side of the flower would be quite cute as a coaster!
