This pattern is for the crochet caterpillar applique. This caterpillar is made from hearts. To make it, you just need to crochet hearts and then sew them together.
Pattern includes instructions for the rainbow caterpillar with feet and the green caterpillar with no feet.

Finished size: green caterpillar is about 3 -1/2” long, rainbow caterpillar is about 4” long.
