This mini-top hat pattern is my own original design. It is designed so that the top of the hat is slightly wider than the bottom to give it a whimsical look. It is inspired by the Mad Hatter. The pattern is for the hat only, it is up the individual how it is decorated. I like to hot glue the hat to a head band such as the black one pictured in this listing.
The hat is one size & can be used by anyone of any size. It can be used as a photo prop for babies or children.
