American terminology used in the description!
There are different terms for crocheting in British and American English.

Only basic crocheting skills will be needed to make this pattern: slip stitch, chain, single crochet, increasing, decreasing.

Toys size ~ 4,3 inches (11 cm) sitting and 5,1 inches (13cm) standing using the materials described.

MATERIALS:

  • Gray, white and black yarn for crocheting (Weight category 2: Fine, Type Sport, 5 ply, 12 wpi). I use Alize Cotton Gold (55% cotton / 45% acrylic; 3,53 oz / 361 yards / 330 m / 100 g) color 55 white and 200 light gray, and Yarn Art Jeans (55% cotton / 45% acrylic; 1,76 oz / 175 yards / 160 m / 50 g) color 53 black;
  • Black yarn for embroidering nose and mouth, and white for decor eyes. I use Yarn Art Iris (100% cotton; 0,7 oz / 151 yards / 138 m / 20 g) color 935 black and 910 white (you can use other thin yarn, for example, yarn for embroidery or sewing);
  • Safety eyes 0,16 inches / 4 mm, 2 pieces;
  • Stuffing materials (I use hollow fiber);
  • Crochet hook (I use 2 mm size);
  • Scissors;
  • Needles for sewing and pinning details.
