It is sometimes helpful to have a row counter when knitting or crocheting and with this pattern you can make your own. While not all patterns will require the use of a row counter you can use it to help escape the void of knitting or crocheting. You can track how many rows you have worked and it helps to remind you to take breaks. RSI or repetitive stress injuries can happen in both knitting and crocheting so you can use this as gentle reminder to take a break. I have some videos on my YouTube Channel that talk about RSI and some exercises you can do.

Free version is on Ravelry and YouTube. The version on Etsy is priced to cover posting costs.

The pattern uses No. 6 US Straight Knitting Needles for the knitted row counter and E Crochet Hook for the crochet row counter and the yarn used in the pattern photo is 1 Trilogy Yarns Pride Mini Set Super Fine 1. You will also need some large seed beads that are a good size for the yarn you use.
