Finished Measurement (when gauge is met): The coaster should measure around 3.75 inches in diameter, suitable for most mugs, cups, cans, and bottles.

The coaster is worked in the rounds and the use of a magic loop is optional as I also included a tip on how to get started without the magic loop. The coaster is worked in one piece and does not require sewing, but it does require color changes while carrying the colors, which may be a slightly more complex technique. But no worries if you are unfamiliar with these techniques, I have included detailed instructions in this pattern as well as photos for most of the steps to guide you through the process, so I have no doubt you will be able to make your own sunshine coaster in no time!
