This pattern is available in english and in french.
Pattern written, very easy and well detailed, with photos showing finishing.
I used 100% cotton yarn, gauge : 14,5 stitches and 18 rows = 4 inches.
I needed only the middle of each color ball.

J’ai utilisé un fil 100% coton, de gauge moyenne 4. 
Il m’a fallu a peine la moitié d’une pelote pour chaque coloris.
