This cowl is crochet in Afghan Purl stitch, also called Tunisian Purl stitch. You can make it in 4 hours and it only requires 2 skeins of yarn. I suggest to get a set of interchangeable crochet hooks, they work the best. Use size 13 on one end and size 15 on the other. A double ended tunisian crochet hook will work also.
