This is a cute and quick and easy tutu dress to make for your little princess. It can be used for any occasion and can add applique or other accessories to create costumes for Halloween or photo props for the holidays! This pattern includes pictures to complete the pattern as well as directions for sizes newborn to 24 months.
Materials needed: H hook, tapestry needle, stitch markers (4), tulle (6”X 25 yards) for bigger sizes will need to rolls of tulle, any color of supersaver red heart yarn, and a ruler/ tape measure.
