CROCHET YOUR OWN PATAGONIAN ROCKY REEF Book 1: SEA ANEMONES AND JELLYFISH is a collaboration between @crochetpatagonia and ProyectoSub. This book includes crochet patterns of three species of sea anemones and a species of jellyfish from Northeastern Patagonia. The book also has information about these species and their habitat. ProyectoSub (www.proyectosub.org.ar/en) is a non profit organization that promotes scientific research on marine biodiversity, and organizes outreach programs, citizen science and education activities. As other marine ecosystems around the world, temperate rocky reefs in Northeastern Patagonia have as main threats the reduction in marine biodiversity, pollution by plastics, the presence of invasive species and global climate change.
