This pattern was inspired by a knit cowl using Zona yarn which has since been discontinued. It is a smaller cowl that is meant to fit close to the neck. Sizing can be adjusted by adding more chains for a longer length and working more rows to achieve a wider cowl. The seaming is optional; using a shawl pin will hold it closed while adding a decorative flair. Keeping it open would also make it easier to put on without messing up your hair.
