My mother and I made so many of a similar angel many, many years ago when we were doing craft fairs. I lost my pattern a long time ago and the only one I found was Dutch and even when translated had a
few rows that just weren’t right and I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. So I sat down with thread, hook and my lap top to create the angel I wanted. It was easier than I thought, I did it in one day and I’ve
already made half a dozen. They work up quickly.
Pattern uses single crochet, half double crochet and double crochet stitches. I’ve used two strands of thread and size 1.65 mm hook making the angel approximately 4” tall. There is no guage for this pattern.
