Gauge is not important.
Using an H hook, this measures approximately 17” square.
I used one skein of I Love This Cotton for one and 2 skeins of Lily’s Sugar and Cream for another that I made. The Lily’s tended to come out a bit larger when finished.
You will also need 2 round rings measuring approximately 2 1/2 to 3 inches.
