A fashionable cowl that is easy to make and delightful to wear. Any size yarn may be used if you adjust the hook size to coordinate with the yarn weight. Gauge is not really important. The measurements are more important than gauge. If you want to wear this cowl doubled around your neck, simply double the length to 50 inches and this should work out fine. The yarn I used has an elegant, soft sheen and feels wonderful. The crimson color makes a terrific neutral, wear with almost anything, accessory.
