I had some granny squares and some yarn left over from another project and decided to improvise a flower pot jacket with it. I wrote down the pattern in case you want to make it too. You can find the pattern for free at my blog. It is not that difficult to make, even for people who can’t crochet that good.
Make sure to fit it from time to time while crocheting and make adjustments when necessary.
