Crocheted Frontier Outfit
The pattern includes the shirt, pants, moccasins, and “coonskin” cap.
Yarn: The pattern calls for two colors of #10 thread for the pants, shirt, and boots. Mohair of unspecified weight is required for the cap.
Hooks: The “G” hook is required for the cap. All other components are made with the #2 hook.
Additional materials: snap fasteners
The shirt is made top-down in one piece. The only seams are the sleeve seams.
The pants are made top-down in one piece. They have leg and back seams.
The moccasins are made bottom-up in one piece. They have a fringed flap that fastens with snaps.
The cap is worked in the round in one piece.
Sized for a Ken-type doll with the 1960s figure: 6.25”/4.5”/5.125”. The fit may vary on modern dolls.
