This catnip-filled seaweed is quick and easy to crochet and will keep your feline happy for hours!

This pattern starts by working in the round to complete the hollow bulb. Transitioning to the top of the bulb, the four blades are worked and turned in flat rows. Finally, the yarn is re-joined to the base of the bulb and the stalk is continued in the round to the end of the work, stuffed with cotton and catnip along the way.

Gauge is not particularly important in this project and can be altered for a tighter or looser crochet. Finished measurements per pattern instructions and medium tension are: 15” x 1.75” (38cm x 4.5cm).
