Pattern Notes:
This pattern is worked in the round from the top down. A strand of the light green and the dark green are held together throughout to give the tail great color effect. You will start at the part of the tail that
sits on the waist and eventually decrease to the skinny end. The bright green scales are worked up with two strands of the bright green yarn and sewn onto the tail at the end. The Ch 2 at beginning of each round always counts as a dc.

Sizing:
The crocodile tail is meant to fit snuggly, it is like a close fitting sleeping bag. To get a perfect fit, measure the hips of the intended recipient. The tail should be made to fit the hips. Suggestions for sizing are included for 2T-4T, 4-6 and 7-8 and 9-10. Other sizes can be made by simply increasing or decreasing the number of chains in the beginning of the work. Be sure to chain numbers divisible by 13. If you desire a longer tail, simply add more rows before beginning the decrease section.
